You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.  Most orders can and will ship within 24-48 hours after receiving payment.  However, please understand that in rare situations, some item(s) can be back-ordered or out-of-stock.  In this event, your order will not ship until 1-2 weeks because it will have to be special ordered.  Please understand that we do try to keep most items in stock.  But due to the nature of this business and the various sizing options, it is difficult to keep all sizes in stock at all times.

After an order is shipped, you should receive the package no later than 3-5 business days (for U.S. orders) OR 10-14 business days (for Canadian/International orders).  Also, please know that all orders come with a FREE tracking confirmation number (U.S. orders only).
